Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to inform the readers about key-stakeholder in business and how it relate to business record. This paper give up close and personal look about key-stakeholder that usually be in an organization. This paper consist of the introduction of key-stakeholders each one of them starting from owner/shareholders, creditors, customers, managers and suppliers. We also discuss about the principle and how each of their functions.

Effective customer service policies focus on providing the customer with customer service that is always consistent and focuses on the customer. When an organization creates a customer-centric and high-quality customer service policy, the organization will continue to create lasting value for the consumer.
Examples of Stakeholders
Stakeholders can affect or be affected by the organization's actions, objectives and policies. Some examples of key stakeholders are creditors, directors, employees, government (and its agencies), owners (shareholders), suppliers, unions, and the community from which the business draws its resources.
Business Continuity Planning
Business Continuity planning is the creation of a strategy through the recognition of threats and risks facing a company, ensuring that personnel and assets are protected and able to function in the event of a disaster.
